ELLINGTON, CT — Robert Sendobry, 32, of Stafford, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, driving under the influence and a lane violation in connection with a December crash on Sandy Beach Road.

VERNON, CT — Sammy Medina, 28, of Wolcott, was charged on a warrant with the improper use of a marker plate, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in a pursuit and driving without a license.
VERNON, CT — A a 17-year-old driver was charged with driving to endanger the occupant of a car and reckless driving after being clocked at better than 140 mph on Interstate 84 eastbound.

STAFFORD, CT — Tracy M. Hughes, 37, of Stafford, was charged with cruelty to animals, failure to comply with dog ownership requirements and a rabies vaccination violation on a warrant.
TOLLAND, CT — Ethan McAllister, 20, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence with a .02 blood alcohol level when younger than 21 and lane and registration violations following a stop on Route 195.
TOLLAND, CT — James Treat, 43, of Tolland, was charged on a warrant with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault, second-degree assault and disorderly conduct.
