Troop C Log: The Latest Arrests Made By CT State Police

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Feb. 14

MANSFIELD, CT — Tyler Colon Murray, 37, of Ellington, was charged with breach of peace and threatening — both in the second degree — in connection with a road rage incident on Storrs Road.

Feb. 15

COVENTRY, CT — Jason Lapointe, 50, of East Hartford, was charged with violating home improvement contract requirements on a warrant out of Troop C.

Feb. 16

WILLINGTON, CT — Francis Ziccardi, of New Britain, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, and the use of drug paraphernalia after troopers received a report about a suspicious person on Eldridge Hill Road.

Feb. 17

STAFFORD, CT — William Spellman, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after an accident on Old Spring Road.

Feb. 18

STAFFORD, CT — Shelton Forney, 47, of Somers, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and second-degree breach of peace after a car hit a building on East Street.

STORRS, CT — Ruizhi Huang, 19, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Royce Circle.

MANSFIELD, CT — Daniel Clark, 21, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving and a lane violation after a stop on Route 32.

Feb. 19

TOLLAND, CT — Franklin Sergio Sigcho Valarezo, 30, of Brockton. MA, was charged with driving without a license, driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop near Exit 67 on Interstate 84 eastbound.

SOMERS, CT — David Desnoyers, 37, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Main Street.

Feb. 20

MANSFIELD, CT — XihuaChen, 23, of Windham, was charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation on Liberty drive.

STAFFORD, CT — Beth Syphers, 54, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace on a warrant.
