TOLLAND, CT — Dion Robinson, 43, of Bloomfield, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, failure to drive upon right, driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and driving an unregistered vehicle after police discovered a vehicle off the pavement on Crystal Lake Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Mark Gay, 32, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree assault after a domestic incident on Zygmont Drive.
