TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police Out of the Troop C barracks.

Oct. 2

MANSFIELD, CT — Gregory Kramer, 67, of Scotland, was charged on a 2022 warrant with evading responsibility.

TOLLAND, CT — Jessica Newell, 42, of Tolland, was charged on a warrant with with disorderly conduct and violating conditions of release.

VERNON, CT — Calsius Hales, 56, of Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, driving an unregistered vehicle and improper parking after a stop on Interstate 84.

STAFFORD, CT — Frank Rivers, 59, of Stafford, was charged with interfering with police and violating a court order after a disturbance on Converse Street.

Oct. 6

SOMERS, CT — Robert Chester, 55, of Enfield, was charged on a warrant with illegal sale of fireworks without a permit, four counts of risk of injury to a child and first-degree reckless endangerment. Two juveniles, 16 and 15, were charged on warrants with illegal possession of exploding fireworks, third-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment.

ELLINGTON, CT — Sigourney Chambers, 34, of Ellington, was charged with violation of probation.

Oct. 8

TOLLAND, CT — Jack Clark, 22, of Windsor, and Jon McGuire, 27, of Wrexham, United Kingdom, were charged with evading responsibility and interfering with police in connection with an incident on Interstate 84.
