ELLINGTON, CT — Casmir Spytek, 76, of Ellington, was charged with the criminal violation of a protective order on a warrant.
WILLINGTON, CT — Gary Vaught, 66, of Willington, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault and disorderly conduct after an incident on Lucerne Drive.

Sept. 13
MANSFIELD, CT — Quentin Ward, 40, of Mansfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Hanks Hill Road.
Sept. 14
VERNON, CT — Zackary Taylor Umstead, 26, of Nokomis, FL, was charged with reckless driving, evading responsibility, driving under the influence, a lane violation, failure to comply with fingerprinting requirements and interfering with police following a traffic incident on Interstate 84.
Sept. 15
TOLLAND, CT — Jagdiel Velasquez, 29, of Bristol, was charged with improper passing, engaging police in a pursuit and reckless driving on a warrant from Troop C. He was subsequently charged with failure to appear in court.
MANSFIELD, CT — Michel Spencer, 37, of Ashford, was charged with second-degree harassment on a warrant.
ELLINGTON, CT — Jacqueline Mulcahy, 65, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on West Road.
SOMERS, CT — Nathan Bemis, 35, of Longmeadow, MA, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence after a stop on Springfield Road.
Sept. 17
TOLLAND, CT — Nicola Dowdall, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, after a disturbance on Tolland Stage Road.
Sept. 19
TOLLAND, CT — Lazuan Bell, 52, of Windsor, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, third-degree larceny, second-degree robbery and third-degree assault on a warrant related to a theft at a local gas station in 2021.
