April 17

MANSFIELD, CT — Michael Trottier, 34, of North Windham, was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with a disturbance on Shady Lane.

April 18

ELLINGTON, CT — Tammy Biddle, 52, was charged with second-degree larceny on a warrant for a 2019 case.

WILLINGTON, CT — Scott Goldsnider, 59, of Willington, was charged with a lane violation, driving under the influence, driving while under suspension, driving without minimum insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle after a scooter crash on Parker Road.

April 19

MANSFIELD, CT — John Hetzler, 42, of Swansea, MA, was charged with reckless driving and evading responsibility on a warrant from a 2002 incident at the carriage House Apartments.

VERNON, CT — Jose Nunez-Torrez, 23, of East Haven, was charged with second-degree larceny on a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Nathan Asselin, 18, of Fiskdale, MA, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on a warrant.

April 20

TOLLAND, CT — Nathaniel Dasilva, 36, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence after a disabled vehicle investigation on Tolland Stage Road.

April 22

MANSFIELD, CT — Amauri Santos-Delgado, 25, of Windham, was charged with driving under the influence, driving without a license and and driving while under suspension after an incident at a McDonald's drive-through lane.

SOMERS, CT — Thomas Condron, 53, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation, interfering with officers and evading responsibility after a crash on Main Street.
