WILLINGTON, CT — Scott Goldsnider, 59, of Willington, was charged with a lane violation, driving under the influence, driving while under suspension, driving without minimum insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle after a scooter crash on Parker Road.

SOMERS, CT — Thomas Condron, 53, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation, interfering with officers and evading responsibility after a crash on Main Street.
