Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Sept. 6

STAFFORD, CT — Julia Perirolo, 26, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence, third-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief after an incident in a West Main Street building.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joseph Daudelin, 45, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Wapping Wood Road.

Sept. 7

MANSFIELD, CT — Rudy Perry, 42, of Willimantic, was charged on a warrant with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and third-degree assault in connection with an August incident on Route 275.

Sept. 8

SOMERS, CT — Caleb Boucher, 18, of Ellington, was charged on a warrant with the sale of a narcotic substance, possession of a controlled substance and the illegal sale of a controlled nicotine system at younger than 21.

Sept. 9

TOLLAND, CT — Xinyuan Wang, 24, of Vernon, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence and a lane violation following a crash on Interstate 84.

STAFFORD, CT — Wendy Lynn Spak, 60, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening in connection with a disturbance on Park Street.

MANSFIELD, CT — Michael Sipples, 20, of Middletown, was charged with DUI of .02 or higher at younger than 21 and second-degree forgery after a stop on Browns Road.

Sept. 10

MANSFIELD, CT — Jose Rivera, 48, of Mansfield, was charged on a warrant with failure to respond to an infraction.

TOLLAND, CT — Daniel Turek, 38, of Tolland, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass after an incident on Crystal Lake Road.
