ELLINGTON, CT — Michael Freedman, 54, of Boca Raton, FL, was charged via a warrant with seven counts of violating a protective order and 17 counts of violating a restraining order.

MANSFIELD, CT — Xiaowen Wang, 20, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and first-degree threatening after a disturbance on Wilbur Cross Way.

WILLINGTON, CT — Julian Burney, 49, of Hartford, was charged with third-degree burglary and fourth-degree larceny in connection with a 2021 incident in Willington.

TOLLAND, CT — Linnea Lavigne, 45, of Scotland (CT), was charged with reckless driving, first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree breach of peace, criminal attempt at second-degree assault and first-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a disturbance on Shenipsit Lake Road.

SOMERS, CT — Vincent Deprisco, 59, of Enfield, was charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny following an investigation on Maple Street.

VERNON, CT — Sarah Wilbur, 36, of Manchester, was charged with first-degree escape as part of a parole violation warrant.

VERNON, CT — Henry Krasnicki, 70, of Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation.

TOLLAND, CT — Corey Wilkie, 39, of Springfield, MA, was charged with reckless driving and driving under the influence after a stop on Interstate 84.
