TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

May 20

VERNON, CT — Alton Cummings, 41, of West Hartford, was charged with reckless driving (better than 85 mph), disobeying the signal of an officer, and driving under the influence after a stop near Exit 66 on Interstate 84 eastbound.

SOMERS, CT — Craig Boyd, 57, of Somers, was charged with a sex offender registry violation.

MANSFIELD, CT — Christina Ramos, 24, of Windsor, was charged via a warrant with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an employee altercation at a Downtown Storrs eatery.

WILLINGTON, CT — Jared Kramer, 34 of Willington, was charged with violating a protective order, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct via a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — David Whittig, 38, of Somers, was charged with violating the sate fire code in connection with an apartment on Pinney Street.

TOLLAND, CT — Devin Marsh, 24, of Tolland, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while under suspension, reckless driving and interfering with police after a dirt bike incident on Routes 195, 74 and 30.

SOMERS, CT — Daniel Roesser, 33, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Lafayette Lane.

May 23

MANSFIELD, CT — Edith Gubacsi, 66 of Manchester, was charged with second-degree threatening and breach of peace in connection with incidents at a Storrs Center restaurant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Michael Bongiovanni, 32, of Ellington, was charged with the illegal discharge of a firearm and reckless endangerment in the second degree following an incident on Pinney Street.

WILLINGTON, CT — Vincent Carabino, 52, of Willington, was charged with third-degree assault and violating a protective order following an incident on Ruby Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Ryan McCullough, 26, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree threatening and second-degree breach of peace in connection with an altercation on East Street.

May 25

WILLINGTON, CT — James Shine, 77, of Willimantic, was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace after an incident at the TA Truck stop in Willington.
