TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

July 1

SOMERS, CT — Charles Plopper, 78, of Enfield, was arrested on an extradition warrant from the state of Florida.

MANSFIELD, CT — Michael Trottier, 35, of Mansfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct.

July 2

ELLINGTON, CT — Alexandria Hackner, 27, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

July 4

SOMERS, CT — Christopher Schofner, 35, of Indian Orchard, MA, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Maple Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Thomas Balanceau, 43, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and violation of a protective order after an incident at a local home.

STAFFORD, CT — Thomas Balanceau, 43, of Stafford, was charged with driving while under suspension, evading responsibility and a lane violation in connection with a May crash on Main Street.

July 5

WILLINGTON, CT — James Horne, 38, of Willington, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while under suspension, failure to carry minimum insurance, driving too fast for conditions, evading responsibility, driving under the influence and a lane violation after an incident on Hancock Road.

July 6

TOLLAND, CT — Mark Chambers, 63, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct.

July 7

TOLLAND, CT — Michael Sharpe, 43, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with police.
