TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C Barracks.

July 8

MANSFIELD, CT — Orlando Folkes, 28, of Storrs, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an altercation on Barlow Drive.

July 9

VERNON, CT — Malik Byrd, 26, of Hartford, was charged with an insurance violation, driving while under suspension, traveling too fast for conditions and possession of a controlled substance after a stop on Interstate 84 westbound near Exit 66.

MANSFIELD, CT — Justin Cochrane, 35, of Norwich, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief and the use of drug paraphernalia via a warrant in connection with a damaged hotel room.

July 10

STAFFORD, CT — Emily Parrow, 30, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault via a warrant.

July 11

STAFFORD, CT — Abdul Hamidou-Iazoumar, 47, of Stafford, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on West Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Julio Rivera Jr., 28, of Chicopee, MA, was charged with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and fourth-degree larceny in connection with an incident at Oasis Auto Wash on West Main Street.

July 12

STAFFORD, CT — Darrell Gonyea, 23, of Somers, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on West Stafford Road.

July 13

MANSFIELD, CT — Julian Behan, 20, of Mansfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault in connection with a disturbance on Stafford Road.

TOLLAND, CT — William Varhue, 35, of West Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence after a car veered into a yard on Tolland Stage Road.

July 14

SOMERS, CT — Amanda Schofner, 34, of Springfield, MA, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault, third-degree assault on an elderly person, interfering with an emergency call and disorderly conduct after an incident on Maple Street.
