Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police in out of the Troop C barracks in Tolland County.

Arrest log entries are public record and reflect charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Aug. 13

WILLINGTON, CT — Brooke Leblond, 18 and Corey Lablond, 51, were charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment; and disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, respectively, after an altercation on Daleville Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Elizabeth Lewis, 51, was charged via a warrant with third-degree larceny, second-degree ID theft, criminal impersonation and third-degree forgery for a June 2023 incident.

SOMERS, CT — Wesley Ayala, 30 of Hartford, was charged with possessing a weapon in a correctional institution after an incident at the Osborn facility.

STAFFORD, CT — Matthew Frazier, 33, formerly of Stafford and now of New Haven, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender via a warrant.

Aug. 14

MANSFIELD, CT — Grace Scott, 23, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident on South Eagleville Road.

Aug. 15

ELLINGTON, CT — Jay Auguste, 57, of Somers, was charged via a warrant with with failure to register as a sex offender.

STAFFORD, CT — Melody Langer, 30, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an incident on East Street.

ELLINGTON, CT — Caleb Boucher, 19, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace in connection with an incident on Maplewood Drive.

Aug. 16

VERNON, CT — Kaveh Hajifathalian, 43, of New York City, was charged with reckless driving and failure to drive in the proper lane after a speeding incident on Interstate 84.

Aug. 17

STORRS, CT — Julie Fontaine, 23, of Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and making an improper turn after a crash on King Hill Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Nathan Leigh, 48, of Vernon, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Goose Lane.

ELLINGTON, CT — Traci Lawrence, 51, of East Hartford was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive upon right following an incident on Middle Butcher Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Matthew Boland, 35, of South Windsor, was charged with interfering, evading responsibility and interfering with police after a crash on Mile Hill Road.
