Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Oct. 7

TOLLAND, CT — Mahata Spence, 49, of Vernon, was charged with being a negligent pedestrian, possession of narcotics with the intent to sell, possession of a controlled substance and interfering with police after he was found walking along Interstate 84.

MANSFIELD, CT — Dillon Singh, 41, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct via a warrant.

Oct. 11

MANSFIELD, CT — Latasha White, 36, of Farmington, was charged with first-degree criminal damage to property via a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Kevin Bonilla, 25, of West Hartford, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and driving under the influence after a stop near the Mansfield Professional Park.

Oct. 12

TOLLAND, CT — Arnold Farkas, 33, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and evading responsibility after an incident on Interstate 84.

Oct. 13

TOLLAND, CT — Brian Ranney, 29, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on Buff Cap Road.
