Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Oct. 21

MANSFIELD, CT — Daniele Rowella, 40, of Waterbury, was charged with assault on a public safety officer via a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Robert Ensign, 35, of New Canaan, was charged via a warrant with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with an incident on Skinner Road.

Oct. 22

SOMERS, CT — Rick Frasca, 55, of Somers, was charged with the illegal discharge of a firearm after state police received reports of shots being fired in the area of Grist Mill Road.

Oct. 24

MANSFIELD, CT — Peter Camothe, 54, of Hamden, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence after an incident on Storrs Road.

Oct. 25

WILLINGTON, CT — Jason Poirier, 24, of Willington, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct via a warrant in connection with an altercation on Old Farms Road.

Oct. 26

SOMERS, CT — Gregory Strouth, 47, of Somers, was charged with driving under the influence and improper parking after a traffic stop on Four Bridges Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Sonny Steele, 50, of Coventry, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, driving under the influence, failure to keep narcotics in their original container, the use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance after a stop on Merrow Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Kaeleigh Scioscio, 21, of Enfield, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance and Rodney Lynch, 29, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with police after an incident at the Cornfield Apartments parking lot off Pinney Street.

WILLINGTON, CT — Aaron Terron, 33, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with reckless driving after a stop on Interstate 84.

MANSFIELD, CT — Peschandra Luckhoo, 54, of Windsor, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast and interfering with an officer after a stop on Route 44.

MANSFIELD, CT — Nicholas Langworthy, 21, of Columbia, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence after a stop on Storrs Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Tiana Velez, 22, of Southbridge, MA, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, a stop sign violation and second-degree reckless endangerment after a stop on Sandy Beach Road.
