TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

VERNON, CT — Benjamin Angor, 18, of New Milford, was charged after an I-84 traffic stop with operating a motor vehicle to endanger an occupant, speeding (85 mph-plus) and a lane violation.

WILLINGTON, CT — Dominic Ledbetter, 19, of Stafford, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, negligent homicide with a motor vehicle and a lane violation via a warrant in connection with a crash on River Road in November 2023.

Nov. 12

WILLINGTON, CT — Joseph LeMay, 58, of Stafford, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

SOMERS, CT — Healther Kallenbach and Anthony Okanos were charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Main Street.

ELLINGTON, CT — Clarah Bonhert, 24, of East Windsor, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Sadds Mill Road.

Nov. 13

MANSFIELD, CT — Corey O'Brien, 54, of Mansfield, was charged with sixth-degree larceny in connection with a theft at Cumberland Farms.

MANSFIELD, CT — Prithvik Kaldasan, 18, of Rocky Hill, was charged with evading responsibility, a lane violation and second-degree criminal mischief on one warrant and with evading responsibility, a lane violation and first-degree criminal mischief on a second warrant after a succession of crashes on Forest Road and Bone Mill Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Jay Auguste 57, of Somers, was charged via a warrant with with failure to register as a sex offender.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jared Kramer, 34, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Middle Turnpike.

Nov. 15

MANSFIELD, CT — Chelsea Adger, 26, of Bristol, was charged with fifth-degree larceny in connection with a theft at Old Navy.

Nov. 16

STAFFORD, CT — Scott Campbell, 38, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault and Jessica Shields, 34, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Gold Street.

Nov. 17

MANSFIELD, CT — Erin Winkler, 46, of Killingly, was charged via a warrant with issuing a bad check valued between $1,000 and $2,000 and issuing a bad check valued between $500 and $1,000 in connection with a rent dispute in Mansfield.
