Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Nov. 18

STAFFORD, CT — Kaitlyn Simmons, 32, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree threatening following a disturbance on Old Monson Road.

Nov. 19

TOLLAND, CT — Alfred Rotondo, 38, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

SOMERS, CT — Benjamine Levine, 46, of East Windsor, was charged with the sale of a narcotic substance and failure to display plates after a traffic stop on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Douglas Hackner, 33, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on East Street.

Nov. 20

WILLINGTON, CT — Neelum Habib, 55, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Ruby Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Rolando Palermo, 36, of Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and an insurance violation after a traffic stop on Stafford Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — John Encalada, 26, of Mansfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with an incident on Foster Drive.

TOLLAND, CT — Craig Ash, 55, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after state police responded to an incident on Leela Way.
