Troop C Log: The Latest Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Troop C covers Tolland County.

Jan. 24

MANSFIELD, CT — Grantly Holder, 29, of Willington, was charged with evading responsibility and a lane violation in connection with a crash on Route 44. He was also charged with failure to appear in court on a reckless driving charge. A extraditable warrant was also issued for him by the state of Texas.

Jan. 27

TOLLAND, CT — Kaitlyn Bilodeau, 39, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct following a. disturbance on Hartford Turnpike.

SOMERS, CT — Fernando Ceballos, 55, of Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on Field Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Joseph Plourde, 36, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Cooper Lane.

Jan. 28

SOMERS, CT — Pedro Torres-Gonzales, an inmate at Osborn Correctional Institution, was charged via warrants with assault on a public safety officer and second-degree assault.

VERNON, CT — Ian Spellman, 26, of Stafford, was charged with improper parking in a highway, failure to keep narcotics in their original container and possession of a controlled substance after an incident on an I-84 Exit 66 off-ramp.

TOLLAND, CT — Catherine Wallace, 41, of Tolland, was charged with with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a crash on Route 74.

WILLINGTON, CT — Roy Lopez, 51, of Albuquerque, NM, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree criminal mischief after an incident at Love's truck stop.

Jan. 29

ELLINGTON, CT — Caylie Chamberland, 36, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree assault in connection with an incident on Reeves Road.

Feb. 1

STAFFORD, CT — Michael Methot, of Stafford, was charged with abandoning a motor vehicle, reckless driving, a no passing zone violation, a lane violation and interfering with police in connection with a Jan. 5 incident.

STORRS, CT — Ryan Winship, 23, of Andover, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following an incident at an emergency scene on Storrs Road.
