April 16

STAFFORD, CT — Teresa Harkins, 60, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence after an incident on West Street.

TOLLAND, CT — Luis Eduardo Arias Torres, 21, of Miami. FL, was charged with risk of injury to a child, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace following an altercation at a Merrow Road gas station.

TOLLAND, CT — David Wesley Lewis, 53, of Coventry, was charged with drinking while driving and driving under the influence after an incident on Tolland Stage Road.

April 17

STAFFORD, CT — Brandon Lee Maines, 37, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault, violation of a protective order, disorderly conduct and interfering with police following a disturbance on East Street.

April 18

TOLLAND, CT — Raymond Stanley, 69, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an incident on Walbridge Hill Road.

SOMERS, CT — Emanuel Ranger, 28, of Bridgeport, was charged with payment card fraud, fourth-degree larceny and third-degree identity theft via a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Robert Condon, 35, of Somers, was charged via a warrant with second-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.
