TOLLAND, CT β€” Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

MANSFIELD, CT β€” Kemar McFarlane, 29, of East Hartford, was charged via a warrant with disorderly conduct for a February incident on Mansfield City Road.

STAFFORD, CT β€” Thomas Balanceau, 43, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal possession of a firearm, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening and third-degree strangulation via a warrant.

April 25

TOLLAND, CT β€” Katherine Lajoie, 74, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence after an incident at a dental office on Tolland Stage Road.

April 26

WILLINGTON, CT β€” Alvaro Matos, 27, of Plainfield, was charged with reckless driving, driving without a license and second-degree reckless endangerment after being clocked at 118 mph heading east on Interstate 84.

April 27

MANSFIELD, CT β€” Cristi Ann Page, 36, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to drive upon right, and failure to drive in the proper lane after a stop on Route 32.

April 28

MANSFIELD, CT β€” Juan Martinez Quintero, 19, of Hartford, was charged via a warrant with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, interfering with police and evading responsibility, along with seatbelt, lane and insurance violations.

TOLLAND, CT β€” Paul Yeager, 22, of Derry, NH, was charged with evading responsibility, failure to drive in the proper lane, driving without a license, unauthorized damage to a motor vehicle, second-degree larceny and interfering with police after a rollover crash on Interstate 84. Two 17-year-olds were also charged with the same crimes in the case.
