STAFFORD, CT — Jilian Vargas, 18, of East Hartford, was charged with violating a protective order and violating a restraining order after an incident on Tolland Avenue.

ASHFORD, CT — Raymond Campbell, 52, of Coventry, was charged with using a vehicle without permission.

Jan. 21

MANSFIELD, CT — William Commauf, 54, of Manahkin, NJ, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree breach of peace after an incident at the Staples parking lot.

Jan. 22

TOLLAND, CT — William Meikle, 40, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault via a warrant in connection with an October incident on Kingsbury Avenue.

UNION, CT — Samantha Manson, 22, of Kingston, NH, was charged with following too closely and driving under the influence after a crash near Exit 72 on Interstate 84 westbound.
