SOMERS, CT — James Sullivan, 28, of Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence and following too closely after a crash on Main Street.

UNION, CT — Joao Batista Dominguez, 59, of Hartford, was charged with evading responsibility in connection with an incident on Interstate 84.

TOLLAND, CT — Yosef Abergel, 26, of Wilmington, MA, was charged with making home improvements without a home improvement certification via a warrant.

Feb. 28

SOMERS, CT — Travis Defranzo, 32, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Main Street.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jaiquan Morris, 28, of Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on Upper Butcher Road.
