STAFFORD, CT — Shelly Ann Singer, 44, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after an altercation on West Greaves Road.

VERNON, CT — Miguel Morales, 39, of Hartford, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with an incident on Court Street.

SOMERS, CT — Andre Fowler, 32, of The Bronx, NY, was charged with assault on a public safety officer in connection with an incident at a correctional facility.

MANSFIELD, CT — Rocco Joseph Spirito, 19, of Bristol, was charged with second-degree breach of peace, and third-degree assault in connection with an incident at a local pizza restaurant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Andrew Gadwaw, 36, of Griswold, was charged with violating a protective order following an incident on Mansfield City Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Jake Batura Ratches, 26, of Ansonia, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, falsifying a plate, driving without minimum insurance, driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance following a stop at Fieldstone Commons.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jacob Surridge, 28, of Canterbury, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to maintain the proper lane after a stop on Bassetts Bridge Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Nathaniel Dyllon Withee, 28, of Ellington, was charged via a warrant with second-degree larceny.
