WILLINGTON, CT — Kevin O'Brien, 69, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace following an incident at a local restaurant.

STAFFORD, CT — Addy Moore, 42, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Fiske Avenue.

WILLINGTON, CT — Mason McKenney, 25, of Windsor, was charged with reckless driving, a window tint violation and a turn signal violation after state police clocked a vehicle at 118 mph on Interstate 84.

STAFFORD, CT — Elizabeth MacNeil, 41, of Stafford, was charged with violation of a protective order and disorderly conduct in connection with an incident on Gold Street.

TOLLAND, CT — Hugo Philemy, 51, of Jamaica, NY, was charged with reckless driving after state police clocked a vehicle at 104 mph on Interstate 84.

SOMERS, CT — Jasper Davila-Lopez, 51, of Springfield, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a disabled vehicle call on Wood Road.

VERNON, CT — Melissa Walton, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, a lane violation and following too closely after an erratic driving incident on Interstate 84.

WILLINGTON, CT — Angie Chen, 22, of Allston, MA, was charged with reckless driving after state police clocked a vehicle at 108 mph on Interstate 84.
