VERNON, CT — Delissa Walton, 31, of South Windsor, was charged with reckless driving, a lane violation, driving under the influence and following too closely after an incident on Interstate 84 eastbound.

TOLLAND, CT — Caine Pincence, 42, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree larceny and issuing a bad check or more than $2,000 via a warrant.

March 17

TOLLAND, CT — Mario Mendoza, 35, of Tolland, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence following a crash on New Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joshua Davis, 19, of Ellington, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol level at .02 or greater while younger than 21 and a lane violation after an incident on West Road.
