STAFFORD, CT — Monique Goodnough, 54, of Enfield, and Mykayla Moser, 27, of Enfield were both charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an altercation on Center Street.

SOMERS, CT — James Folger, 32, of Somers, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance on White Oak Road.

March 31

MANSFIELD, CT — Prabin Karki, 23, of Mansfield was charged via a warrant with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault and risk of injury to a child.

TOLLAND, CT — Dion Robinson, 47, of East Hartford, was charged with second-degree criminal trover in a case of a taken car on Webber Road.

April 1

ELLINGTON, CT — John Sandberg, 62, of South Windsor, was charged with violating a protective order in connection with an incident on Arbor Way.

TOLLAND, CT — Yara Rivera, 41, of Hartford, was charged with the use of drug paraphernalia (two counts), possession of a controlled substance (three counts), illegal taking of a payment card and criminal impersonation (three counts) after she was stopped while walking along Interstate 84.

April 2

STAFFORD, CT — Anthony Rodriguez, 28, of Stafford, was charged via a warrant with third-degree burglary, first-degree criminal mischief and sixth-degree larceny in connection with a series of commercial thefts.

April 3

ASHFORD, CT — Kyle Fox, 42, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with an incident at the Ashford Motel.

April 4

TOLLAND, CT — Paul Litrico, 61, of Manchester, was charged with first-degree reckless endangerment, reckless driving, a lane violation and second-degree breach of peace following an altercation on Cedar Swamp Road.
