Troop C Log: The Latest CT State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

July 10

MANSFIELD, CT — Aaron Rathburn, 40, of Chaplin, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening on a warrant.

STAFFORD, CT — Michelle Cadieux, 36, of Enfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Old Springfield Road.

SOMERS, CT — Nicholas Latina, 33, of New London, was charged with third-degree robbery and conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny on a warrant.

July 13

TOLLAND, CT — Devin Marsh, 24, of Tolland, was charged with improper use of a plate, an insurance violation, driving while under suspension, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer and failure to obey a stop sign after a motorcycle incident on Burbank Road.

July 14

TOLLAND, CT — Alexander Cruz, 39, of Tolland, was charged on a warrant with violating a protective order.
