Troop C Log: The Latest CT State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Sept. 23

WILLINGTON, CT — Patricia Morris, 68, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on Old Farms Road.

Sept. 24

SOMERS, CT — Brandon Fisher, 20, of Enfield, was charged with interfering with police after an altercation at Main Street and Sunset Drive.

Sept. 26

ELLINGTON, CT — Michael Puttin, 24, of Ellington, was charged on a warrant with refusal of DNA testing.

WILLINGTON, CT — Grace Marie Tolisano, 21, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence, the use of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance after an incident on Interstate 84.

ELLINGTON, CT — Stephanie Savoir, 45, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree assault after a disturbance on Somers Road.

Sept. 27

MANSFIELD, CT — Sean Brierley, 55, of Coventry, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation during a disabled motor vehicle incident on Separatist Road.

Sept. 27

TOLLAND, CT — Ryan Humphrey, 36, of Canton, was charged with driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle with unsafe tires at the scene of a car fire on Interstate 84.

WILLINGTON, CT — Trevor Dionne, 27, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation and traveling too fast for conditions after a crash on Interstate 84.

Sept. 29

WILLINGTON, CT — Joseph Wierszchalek, 40, of Coventry, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after sate police received a complaint about a wallet stolen at a local business.

Sept. 30

MANSFIELD, CT — Kelvin Velasquez, 25, of Taunton, MA, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Route 44.

Oct. 1

VERNON, CT — After a 119 mph speeding incident on I-84, Demeko Sikes, 42, of Middletown, was charged with reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, driving under the influence, failure to keep narcotics in their original container, possession of a controlled substance, illegal possession of a weapon in a car and criminal possession or a firearm.

TOLLAND, CT — Maria Cabada, 24, of Lawrence, MA, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, and failure to maintain the proper lane on I-84.
