STORRS, CT β Shawn Bruce Alexander, 18, of Willington, was charged via a warrant with first-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct for an incident at E.O. Smith High School.

STAFFORD, CT β Mario Castellano, 56, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct in connection with an altercation on Willington Avenue.
Feb. 22
STAFFORD, CT β Robert Rushton, 48, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an altercation at a local home.
TOLLAND, CT β Deshaun Engram, 22, of Manchester, was charged with improper use of a marker plate, driving without the proper insurance, reckless driving (surpassing 85 mph), engaging police in a pursuit, improper passing, and failure to drive in the proper lane after a traffic incident on Interstate 84.
STAFFORD, CT β Clifford Champlin, 49, of Enfield, was charged with unsafe backing and driving under the influence after an incident at a Johnson Memorial Hospital parking lot.

TOLLAND, CT β Simon Parkerdtrong, 31, of Roosevelt, NY, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace following an altercation near Papa T's restaurant.

MANSFIELD, CT β Baylen Kidd, 21, of Ellington, was charged with evading responsibility, driving under the influence and failure to grant the right of way after a collision with a state police cruiser on Route 32.

TOLLAND, CT β Aviad Reis, 37, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Cedar Swamp Road.

VERNON, CT β Katelyn Rose Ouelette, 26, of Willington, was charged at Rockville Superior Court with first-degree larceny by defrauding the public and providing a false statement.
MANSFIELD, CT β Jason Sharp, 24, of Wethersfield, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation in relation to a crash on South Eagleville Road.
ELLINGTON, CT β Juan Ortiz, 30, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal mischief, fourth-degree larceny, third-degree stalking, disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call via a warrant.
