Troop C Log: The Latest CT State Police Arrests In Tolland County

TOLLAND, CT — Here is a look at the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Sept. 1

SOMERS, CT — Masen James Preste, 20, of Enfield, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, driving under the influence, a lane violation and second-degree forgery after an incident on Bilton Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Justin Shaw Richards, 42, of Manchester, was charged with traveling too fast for conditions, evading responsibility and interfering with police following a crash on Interstate 84.

ELLINGTON, CT — Daniel Farrar, 38, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and second-degree threatening in connection with an incident on West Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Michael Leonard, 49, of Willington, was charged with violating a protective order.

SOMERS, CT — Bryan Pantanella, 35, of Cromwell, was charged with reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit and a lane violation via a warrant for a March 25 incident on Eleanor Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Lee Madore, 54, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal attempt at first-degree assault after an incident on Chaffee Road.

Sept. 3

TOLLAND, CT — Alex Anderson, 32, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree threatening, risk of injury to a child and disorderly conduct after an incident on Kozley Road.

Sept. 4

VERNON, CT — Andrew Sosa, 33, of Vernon, was charged via a warrant with disorderly conduct and violating a protective order.

Sept. 5

STAFFORD, CT — In connection with an altercation at Roaring Brook Campground, Michaeleen Napolitano, 46, of West Warwick, RI, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation; Jerry Lee, 50, of West Warwick, RI, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace, third-degree assault and second-degree strangulation; Kohle Patrick Irving, 33, of Manchester, NH, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault; and Sonja Croteau, 33, of Manchester, NH, was charged with risk of injury to a child, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault.

STAFFORD, CT — Keith Zalucki, 37, of Enfield, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on West Stafford Road.

SOMERS, CT — Donald Salerno, 70, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence following a crash on Mountain Road.
