Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here is a look at the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

March 6

MANSFIELD, CT — Yuchen He, 23, of Windham, was charged with interfering, driving while under suspension and a lane violation on a warrant.

UNION, CT — Jennifer Thibeault, 33, of Augusta, ME, was charged with interfering, conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, conspiracy to sell cocaine, the use of drug paraphernalia, improper parking, driving without a license and evading responsibility after a stop on Interstate 84 westbound near Exit 72. Also, Ronald Williams, 30, of Brooklyn, NY, was charged with conspiracy to possess a controlled substance, conspiracy to sell cocaine.

TOLLAND, CT — Kevin McDonald, 52, of Tolland, was charged with a lane violation and driving under the influence after a crash on New Road.

March 7

TOLLAND, CT — Jake Gerich, 27, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with a disturbance on Kozley Road.

March 9

STAFFORD, CT — John Belcher, 78, of Stafford, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering and disorderly conduct after an altercation at 3 Buckley Highway.

TOLLAND, CT — John Jackson, 21, of Chicopee, MA, was charged with speeding, reckless driving, evading responsibility, operating a motor vehicle to harass or intimidate and making an improper turn following an incident on Interstate-84.

March 10

SOMERS, CT — Steven West, 59, of Enfield, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance on Hall Hill Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Daniel Weiss, 24, of Tolland, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle, second-degree breach of peace, second-degree threatening and second-degree reckless endangerment after incidents in Tolland and at Windham Hospital.

March 12

SOMERS, CT — Joshua Deveau 38, of Somers, was charged on a warrant with forgery in the second degree and sixth-degree larceny.

MANSFIELD, CT — Lulianghai Zhou, 22, of Cheshire, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct on a warrant.
