Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

July 15

TOLLAND, CT — Dante Goodwin, 39, of Bristol, was charged with risk of injury to a child (two counts), third-degree assault and disorderly conduct following an incident on Elgin Drive.

STAFFORD, CT — Wendy Lynn Spak, 60, of Stafford, was charged with interfering with officers after an incident on Park St.

TOLLAND, CT — Jonathan Sparks, 44, of Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence, a lane violation and following too closely after a stop on Interstate 84.

MANSFIELD, CT — Danielle Lappan, 36, of Stafford; and Matthew Jambard, 36, of Enfield, were charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an altercation at a Mansfield residence.

July 16

TOLLAND, CT — Jose Pereira Sancho, 54, of Ansonia, was charged with driving under the influence, a license class violation, a lane violation and failure to have headlamps after a stop on the I-84 westbound Exit 68 on-ramp.

July 17

WILLINGTON, CT — Dean Skinner, 46, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace following a disturbance on Baxter Road.

July 18

WILLINGTON, CT — Jason Hockla, 33, of Vernon, was charged with violating a restraining order on a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — George Telford, 34, of Tolland, was arrested by state police on a warrant and charged with one count of first-degree sexual assault, four counts of both second- and third-degree sexual assault, four counts of illegal sexual contact with someone younger than 16 and four counts of risk of injury to a child.

July 22

WILLINGTON, CT — Vincent Carabino, 51, of Willington, was charged with driving under the influence, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and second-degree strangulation after an incident at a motel on Ruby Road.

July 23

WILLINGTON CT — Ziaurrahman Shirzai, 39, of Wethersfield, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault after an altercation on Village Hill Road.

VERNON, CT — Emul Perez, 27, of East Hartford, was charged with failure to wear a seat belt, driving under the influence and a lane violation.
