Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

July 23

VERNON, CT — Emul Perez, 27, of East Hartford, was charged with driving under the influence, a seat belt violation and a lane violation following a traffic stop on Interstate 84.

July 24

MANSFIELD, CT — Rahnda Bakeem Charles, 28, of Windham, was charged with falsifying a registration plate, the improper use of a registration plate, driving without the minimum insurance and the use of drug paraphernalia after a stop in Mansfield.

STAFFORD, CT — William Sewell, 27, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Center Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Kevin Marino, 28, of New Haven, was charged with the violation of a protective order on a warrant.

July 30

ELLINGTON, CT — Paris Constantinou Sideris, 23, of Ellington, was charged with violating a protective order after a commotion at a home on Crystal Ridge Drive.

WILLINGTON, CT — Terra Ann Leblond, 55, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following a disturbance on Daleville Road.
