Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Aug. 20

STAFFORD, CT — Jessica Bartlett, 40, of Vernon, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct on one warrant and with an animal rabies violation and failure to comply with dog ownership requirements on a second warrant.

Aug. 21

MANSFIELD, CT — Joseph Buskey, 23, of Windham, was charged with an insurance violation, driving while under suspension, an auto tint violation, interfering with police, stealing a firearm and criminal possession of a pistol after an incident at a Mansfield convenience store and on Foster Drive in Windham.

Aug. 22

STAFFORD, CT — Julia Peirolo, 26, of Stafford, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash on Route 190.

Aug. 23

STAFFORD, CT — Rorin Jennings, 61, of Newington, was charged with criminal lockout on a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Amanda Fisher, 30, of Vernon, was charged on a warrant with evading responsibility, failure to drive upon right, driving while under suspension, driving without proper insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Aug. 24

TOLLAND, CT — After a disturbance in Dockerel Road, Peter Griffiths, 34, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct.

Aug. 25

TOLLAND, CT — Vincent Rappoccio, 19, of Southington, was charged with failure to display plates, reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, improper passing, failure to comply with passing on the right rules, failure to drive in the proper lane and second-degree reckless endangerment after a pursuit on Interstate 84.

Aug. 26

WILLINGTON, CT — Courtney Kirk Fuller, 46, of Atlanta, GA, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at the local Rodeway Inn.

Aug. 27

MANSFIELD, CT — Luke Silver, 21, of New York, NY, was charged on a warrant with second-degree manslaughter with a motor vehicle, driving under the influence and failure to drive upon right, records show.
