Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Nov. 28

VERNON, CT — Terrill Van-Dyke, 53, of Mansfield, was charged with reckless driving, driving under the influence, risk of injury to a child and second-degree reckless endangerment after a road rage incident on an Exit 66 I-84 ramp.

VERNON, CT — Mark Wellington, 40, of Vernon, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and the use of drug paraphernalia via a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jazzlyn Ramos, 24, of Windham, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and driving without the minimum insurance after a shoplifting incident at the Big Y in Mansfield.

TOLLAND, CT — Benjamin Silano, 18, of New Hartford, was charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace following an incident at Tolland High School.

Nov. 29

TOLLAND, CT — Anthony Treat, 64, of Coventry, was charged with evading responsibility, a lane violation and insurance and registration violations in connection with a hit-and-run incident on the I-84 westbound on-ramp at Exit 69.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jason Daggett, 44, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree threatening and disorderly conduct after an incident on Lakeview Avenue.

Nov. 30

STORRS, CT — Chong Xu, 19, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Royce Circle.

TOLLAND, CT — Nathaniel Baker, 25 of Tolland, was charged after a disturbance on Mountain Spring Road with fourth-degree criminal mischief, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

TOLLAND, CT — David Decarli, 74, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a stop on Anthony Road.

Dec. 1

MANSFIELD, CT — Peter Florence, 67, of Baltic, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening and second-degree criminal trespass on a warrant.

WILLINGTON, CT — Nicholas Poulin, 27, of Willimantic, was charged with driving under the influence and a registration violation following a crash on River Road.

SOMERS, CT — Jonathan Brin, 44, of Somers, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after a disturbance on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Patric Egaree, 27, of Stafford, was charged with violating a protective order.

Dec. 2

Sasha Naylor, 40, of Somers, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an altercation on Main Street.

Dec. 3

TOLLAND, CT — Devin O'Toole, 31, of Tolland, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an altercation on Buff Cap Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Luke Drouin, 23, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after an altercation on School Street.
