Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Jan. 2

WILLINGTON, CT — Tyler Keith Thomas, 27, of Blackstone, MA, was charged with second-degree failure to appear after state police located a man walking on the side of Interstate 84.

WILLINGTON, CT — Chandan Shivalingaiah, 23, of Boston, MA, was charged with operating a vehicle to endanger an occupant, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer and driving without a license after being clocked traveling 103 mph on I-84.

Jan. 4

TOLLAND, CT — Ryan Smith, 18, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree threatening, third-degree assault, disorderly conduct, third-degree criminal mischief and risk of injury to a child after a disturbance on Cook Road.

Jan. 7

TOLLAND, CT — Jerusalem Nunez, 19, of Tolland, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint and disorderly conduct after an altercation on Carter Drive.

STAFFORD, CT — Frank Rivers, 59, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree failure to appear.

WILLINGTON, CT — David Hodgdon , 33, of Willington, was charged with second-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident on Liska Road.
