TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

March 20

MANSFIELD, CT — Eric Whelen, 43, of Windsor Locks, was charged with violating a restraining order after a disturbance on Cedar Swamp Road.

March 21

ELLINGTON, CT — Christian Luginbuhl, 35, of Providence, RI, was charged with sixth-degree larceny and charging more than $500 on a revoked payment card via a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — Zachary Joseph Clothakis, 28, of Bloomfield, was charged via a warrant with fourth-degree larceny and providing a false statement.

TOLLAND, CT — Rebecca Theriault, 28, of Tolland, was charged with 16 counts of risk of injury to a child and second-degree breach of peace via a warrant related to an altercation at the Tolland Recreation Center.

ELLINGTON, CT — Kirk Marshall, 36, of Torrington, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on West Road at the Big Y Plaza.

STAFFORD, CT — Raymond Maines, 38, of Andover, was charged with violating a restraining order after an incident on Collete Road.
