TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

March 19

ELLINGTON, CT — Wendel Jordan, 70, of Attleboro, MA, was charged with driving under the influence, failure to renew registration and a lane violation following a traffic stop on Crystal Lake Road.

March 18

VERNON, CT — Jessica Rivera, 44, of Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation following a crash on Interstate-84 at the Exit 66 eastbound off-ramp.

MANSFIELD, CT — Aimee Langlois, 34, of Chaplin, was charged with driving under the influence and interfering with officers following a traffic stop at the East Brook Mall.

ELLINGTON, CT — Heather Ruth Spencer, 44, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with an incident on West Road.

March 14

WILLINGTON, CT — Stephanie O'Brien, 40, of Norwich, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and third-degree assault following an altercation on Burt Latham Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jeremy Majowitz, 35, of Mansfield, was charged with second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief on a warrant.

March 13

MANSFIELD, CT — Roslind Vega-Kish, 38, of Windham, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, failure to display plates and a registration violation on a warrant along with the use of drug paraphernalia, conveying an unauthorized item and the use of drug paraphernalia on a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Yumi Li, 20, of Mansfield, was charged with the violation of a protective order after an incident after incidents in town and at Windham Hospital.

MANSFIELD, CT — Shuyi Li, 21, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault on a warrant.
