Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

July 16

TOLLAND, CT — Shadean Ettwal Spencer Sutherland, 29, of no certain address, was charged with failure to renew registration, failure to display plates, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, improper passing, interfering with police and second-degree reckless endangerment via a warrant.

ELLINGTON — Ronald Guttierez, 29, of Yonkers, NY; and Jonathan Rosario, 34, of Drums, PA; were charged with possession of burglar tools, second-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree larceny in connection with the theft of cooking oil from a local restaurant.

July 17

TOLLAND, CT — Aiyanna Lee, 18, of Coventry, was charged with use of a hand-held device while driving, driving under the influence with a blood alcohol level of .02 or greater while younger than 21 and failure to drive upon right after a crash on Weigold Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — James Shine, 77, of Willimantic, was charged with failure to appear in court related to a indecent exposure case at a local truck stop.

SOMERS, CT — Michael Jiles, 47, was charged with having a weapon in a correctional facility.

ELLINGTON, CT — Yovanna McGuirl, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree criminal trespass, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police in connection with a disturbance on Windsorville Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Michelle Panciera, 33, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an incident on Village Hill Road.

July 20

VERNON, CT — Gary Davis, 28, of Meriden, was charged with driving under the influence and driving while under suspension in connection with a road rage incident.

ELLINGTON, CT — Alessandra Lundberg, 58, of Ellington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace after an incident on Gasek Farms Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Angel Cruz, 51, of Vernon, was charged with second-degree breach of peace in connection with a threatening incident at the YMCA.

July 21

STAFFORD, CT — Renee Korik, 55, of Manchester, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct after an incident on South Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Leslie Roche, 63, of Ellington, was charged with traveling unreasonably fast, evading responsibility, driving under the influence and interfering with police after a crash on Hatheway Road.
