Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

April 5

ELLINGTON, CT — Steven Garcia, 24, of Yonkers, NY, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, possession of burglar tools and conspiracy to commit fourth-degree larceny and Christian Valdez, 39, also of Yonkers, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, possession of burglar tools and fourth-degree larceny in connection with cooking oil stolen from a restaurant in Ellington.

MANSFIELD, CT — Matthew Torres, 33, of Mansfield, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, receipt from the illegal use of a credit card, third-degree identity theft and criminal impersonation on a warrant.

April 6

TOLLAND, CT — Paul Grillo, 23, of Windsor Locks, was charged with a lane violation, driving while using a handheld device and third-degree assault on a warrant related to a June 2022 truck versus pedestrian crash.

SOMERS, CT — Malik Price, 21, of Hartford, was charged with second-degree larceny on a warrant.

April 7

MANSFIELD, CT — Yakiem Battle, 25, of New Britain, was charged with disorderly conduct, conspiracy to violate a restraining order, criminal violation of a restraining order and second-degree threatening on a warrant.

TOLLAND, CT — Kris Coffey, 43, of Coventry, was charged with two counts of second-degree sexual assault and a single count of fourth-degree sexual assault on a warrant.

April 8

MANSFIELD, CT — Joseph Rosario, 24, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence, violating pistol permit requirements, improper number of headlamps and illegal possession of a weapon in a motor vehicle after a traffic stop on Route 32.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joshua James Thibodeau, 20, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after an altercation on Penfield Avenue.

April 9

STAFFORD, CT — Antonio Rogers, 33, of Wallingford, was charged with second-degree threatening after an incident at Johnson Memorial Hospital.

TOLLAND, CT — Victoria Simmons, 31, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct and interfering with an emergency call after a disturbance on Derek Drive.
