TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

WILLINGTON, CT — Brett Overbeck, 25, of Brooklyn, was charged with driving under the influence, and failure to drive upon right after a head-on collision on Turnpike Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Christian Valdez, 39, of Yonkers, NY, was charged with possession of burglar tools, third-degree criminal trespass and fourth-degree larceny in connection with the theft of cooking oil from a local restaurant.

TOLLAND, CT — Joshua Lusardi, 20, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree assault with a motor vehicle , reckless driving, engaging police in a pursuit, disobeying the signal of an officer, evading responsibility, a construction zone violation, possession of more than 5 ounces of cannabis, and evading responsibility related to a construction zone crash with a pedestrian in Tolland. James Miller, 22, of Somers, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of more than 5 ounces of cannabis and interfering.

WILLINGTON, CT — David Lynch, 44, of Willington was charged with the misuse of the 911 system.

May 21

STAFFORD, CT — Chantal Dennis, 19, of Stafford, was charged with interfering with police, assault on a public safety officer, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and first-degree threatening after a disturbance on Willington Avenue.

STAFFORD, CT — Colin Derno, 20, of Stafford, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol content of .02 or greater after a traffic stop related to a disturbance near Willington Avenue.
