TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

July 4

STAFFORD, CT — Jeydon Crane, 21, of Plainville and Ibo Lewis Villanueva, 20, of Hartford, were both charged with third-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespass and third-degree criminal mischief; and Ryan Rogalla, 19, of Stafford, was charged with illegal possession of a weapon following an incident on Hyde Park Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Justin Nieves, 34, of Hartford, was charged with violating a standing criminal protective order and Stephanie Monstream, 31, of Windsor Locks, was charged with driving under the influence after an altercation on the I-84 Exit 69 westbound on-ramp.

July 6

WILLINGTON, CT — Victor Izaiah Rodriguez, 19, of Ashford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and first-degree threatening after a shooting threat at the FedEx depot on Ruby Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Samuel Taylor, 31, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Yale Road.

July 7

TOLLAND, CT — Jessica Newell, 42, of Tolland, was charged with interfering with police and second-degree breach of peace after an incident on Loehr Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Zachary Wolf, 34, of South Windsor, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree criminal mischief after an altercation at Snipsic View Heights.

MANSFIELD, CT — Nicholas Zurmuhlen, 24, of Windham, was charged with a lane violation, failure to wear a seat belt and driving under the influence on a warrant.

July 8

TOLLAND, CT — Guy Oliwa, 48, of Ellington, was charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, driving without minimum insurance, driving while under suspension, driving without an ignition device and a lane violation after a stop on Old Stafford Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Ahmad Chaudhary, 59, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct after a guest at the Rodeway Inn claimed he used a pass key to enter a rented room without permission.
