Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests In The Area

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Oct. 24

STAFFORD, CT — Hunter Fox Jakusik, 21, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree unlawful restraint, third-degree strangulation and third-degree assault via a warrant.

Oct. 25

MANSFIELD, CT — Alexis Tacelli-Olmo, 31, of Windham, was charged with speeding (55-60 mph), driving under the influence and a lane violation following a Route 44 traffic stop.

ELLINGTON, CT — Matthew Patterson, 37, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault via a warrant.

STORRS, CT — Gregory O'Donnell, 38, of Windham, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, interfering with police, criminal attempt at assaulting a public safety officer, second-degree breach of peace and second-degree threatening in connection with ongoing issues at Ted's Bar and Restaurant.

STAFFORD, CT — Kyle Reynolds, 42, of Stafford, was charged with second-degree breach of peace in a public place, second-degree harassment and first-degree threatening and with third-degree criminal trespass and interfering with police for trespassing incidents.

STAFFORD, CT — Timothy Rossi, 45, of Stafford, was charged with interfering with police, violation of a protective order and second-degree threatening with reckless violence after an incident on Center Street.

Oct. 27

ELLINGTON, CT — William Hartel, 25, of Ellington, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a crash on Jobs Hill Road.

STORRS, CT — Mistylynn Solomon, 44, of Ashford, was charged with driving under the influence after a crash at E.O. Smith High School.

Oct. 28

MANSFIELD, CT — Kyle Valickis, 21, of Winsted, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and third-degree assault after a disturbance on South Eagleville Road.

SOMERS, CT — Julian Rodriguez, 34, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Eric Hardy, 33, of Webster, MA, was charged with being a negligent pedestrian, interfering with police and disorderly conduct after an incident on Buckley Highway.

MANSFIELD, CT — Jair Piter Yopan-Lopez, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a crash on Knollwood Road.
