Tolland, CT — Freddy Taveras, 45, of Tolland, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Baxter Street.

TOLLAND, CT — Sung Woo Lee, 48, of Chatham, NJ, was charged with employing an unregistered home improvement salesman via a warrant.

UNION, CT — Sean Labaron, 55, of Stafford, was charged with DUI and a lane violation following a 2-car rollover crash on Holland Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Colby Parker, 32, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Park Street.

ELLINGTON, CT — Kristen Scott, 30, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault in connection with an incident on Windermere Village Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — After an incident on McKnight Circle, Jillian Mendez, 42, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.

TOLLAND, CT — Ryan Luginbuhl, 37, of Tolland was charged via a warrant with disorderly conduct and second-degree unlawful restraint.

ELLINGTON, CT — Abigail Delaney, 43, of Manchester, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault after a disturbance on Abbott Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Dylan Savio, 22, of Tolland, was charged with DUI, traveling unreasonably fast and a stop sign violation in relation to an incident on Stafford Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Following an incident on West Street, Stephen Kennedy, 37, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct.

MANSFIELD, CT — A crash on Royce Circle led to charges of DUI, evading responsibility and a lane violation against Laurie Rosebush, 54, of Willington.

STAFFORD, CT — Gabrielle Ash, 40, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — A warrant charged Matthew Bennett, 44, of Stafford, with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, along with first-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint.

ELLINGTON, CT — Joseph Belanger, 67, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault, interfering with an emergency call, third-degree strangulation and second-degree unlawful restraint in connection to an Arbor Way disturbance.

SOMERS, CT — A disturbance at the K of C Hall led to third-degree assault and breach of peace charges against Kathleen Laptew, of Somers.

SOMERS, CT — Disorderly conduct and third-degree assault were charged to Heather Kallenbach, 47, of Somers, after an incident on Main Street.
