Troop C Log: The Most Recent Connecticut State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charges filed, which are not indications of guilt.

Sept. 3

WILLINGTON, CT — Gabriella Urszeny, 20, of Bridgeport, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct following an incident on Daleville Road.

Sept. 4

STAFFORD, CT — Tyler Miner, 30, of Stafford, was charged with with second-degree strangulation, third-degree assault and disorderly conduct following an incident om West Main Street.

Sept. 5

ELLINGTON, CT — Liam Shepard, 22, of Ellington was charged with third-degree assault, disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief following a disturbance on Sunset Road.

ELLINGTON, CT — Eduardo Mercado, 23, of Meriden, was served a warrant charging him with larceny of a motor vehicle.

STAFFORD, CT — Mark Bishop, 56, of Stafford, was charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

Sept. 6

SOMERS, CT — Shayne Davidson, 30, of Somers, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Main Street.

STAFFORD, CT — Nathaniel Dasilva, 38, of Stafford was charged with failure to register as a sex offender.

STAFFORD, CT — Jose Reyes, 56, of New Britain, was charged with a home improvement contract violation via a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Kimberly Soby, 39, of Colchester, was charged with driving under the influence and a lane violation after a car crashed into a rock wall on Middle Turnpike.

Sept. 7

MANSFIELD, CT — Ralph Draughn, 18, of New Haven, was charged with driving an unregistered vehicle, using an improper marker plate, reckless driving, an insurance violation and a lane violation following a stop on Storrs Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Aidan Walker, 19, of Windsor Locks, was charged with DUI with a blood alcohol level of .02 or more while younger than 21 and a lane violation after state police tracked a wayward driver from Tolland into Coventry.

MANSFIELD, CT — Thomas Conwal, 73, of Branford, was first charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault and then driving under the influence and insurance, plate and registration violations in connection with an incident on Ridge Circle.

STAFFORD, CT — Jeffrey Legere, 46, of Somers, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with a 911 call and third-degree assault after an incident on Old Springfield Road.

Sept. 8

STAFFORD, CT — Lawrence Machia, 31, of Stafford, was charged with driving unreasonably fast, reckless driving, driving under the influence and a stop sign violation in connection with a traffic stop on Crystal Lake Road.
