Troop C Log: The State Police Barracks' Latest Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Arrest log information reflects charged filed, which are not indications of guilt.

March 11

UNION, CT — Elijah Drummond, 23, of Manchester, was charged via a warrant with first-degree criminal mischief and first-degree larceny.

March 12

WILLINGTON, CT — Jared Cramer, 33, of Willington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault following an altercation on Willington Hill Road.

MANSFIELD, CT — Shannon Keegan, 31, of Lebanon, was charged with driving under the influence and second-offense possession of a controlled substance after a traffic stop at McDonald's.

TOLLAND, CT — Lorenzo Thornton, 29, of Hartford, was charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree forgery in connection with a counterfeit money incident at the Big Y supermarket,

March 13

MANSFIELD, CT — Olivia Wilson, 18, of Mansfield, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Dodd Road.

SOMERS, CT — Justin Fiske, 30, of Somers, was charged with the criminal violation of a restraining order after a traffic stop on Root Road.

March 14

ELLINGTON, CT — Brian Grabowski, 45, of Vernon, was charged with first-degree criminal trespass, and criminal attempt at fourth-degree larceny via a warrant.

ELLINGTON, CT — John Navin, 51, of Enfield, was charged via a warrant with failure to use a turn signal, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in a pursuit, driving under the influence and failure to drive in a proper lane.

ELLINGTON, CT — Gustave Liappes, 65, of Andover, was charged with two counts of sixth-degree larceny via a warrant.

March 17

MANSFIELD, CT — Terrill van Dyke, 53, of Mansfield, was charged with driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and failure to drive in the proper lane after a stop on Cedar Swamp Road .

TOLLAND, CT — Paul Filipetti, 38, of Jewett City, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on South River Road.
