Troop C Log: The Latest State Police Arrests

TOLLAND, CT — Here are the latest arrests made by Connecticut State Police out of the Troop C barracks.

Jan. 23

WILLINGTON, CT — Luxenbourg Natasa Von, 37, of Willington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment in connection with an incident on Tolland Turnpike. She was charted with violating conditions of release

SOMERS, CT — Colleen Wright-Loney, 43, of Waterbury, was charged via a warrant with criminal violation of a restraining order.

WILLINGTON, CT — Colin David Parker-Williams, 26, of Hartford was charged with illegal possession possession of a motor vehicle, possession of a controlled substance, the sale of a narcotic substance, possession of drugs near a school, reckless driving and driving without a license after a stop on interstate 84.

STAFFORD, CT — David Parker, 56, of Ellington, was charged with third-degree stalking, second-degree breach of peace and driving while under suspension after an incident on Route 190.

Jan. 24

TOLLAND, CT — Shawn Riggio, 25, of Tolland, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and violation of a standing criminal protective order after an altercation on Barstow Lane.

STAFFORD, CT — Nicolai Konick, 45, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct after a disturbance on Hydeville Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Margaret Moskey, 60, of Tolland, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane after a stop on Tolland Stage Road.

TOLLAND, CT — Kyler MacKinnon, 21, of Vernon, was charged with violation of a protective order after an incident on Ryan Road.

STAFFORD, CT — Nicolai Konick, 45, of Stafford, was charged with violating conditions of release.

STAFFORD, CT — Ashley Rouse, 32, of Enfield, was charged with violation of a protective order.

VERNON, CT — Charles Lewis, 25, of Ellington, was charged at Rockville Superior Court via a warrant with evading responsibility, a lane violation and making an improper turn.

Jan. 27

UNION, CT — Patrick Hotchkiss, 28, of Waterbury, was charged with driving under the influence after a stop on I-84.

MANSFIELD, CT — Krystal Kerr, 34, of Mansfield, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident on Mansfield City Road.

Jan. 28

SOMERS, CT — Jonathan Salomone, 36, of Somers was charged after an incident on Maple Ridge Drive with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree reckless endangerment.

MANSFIELD, CT — failure to obey a stop sign and driving under the influence after a stop on North Eagleville Road.

SOMERS, CT — Robert Provost, 55, of New Britain and Joseph Ficacelli, 45, whose listed address is East Hartford, were charged with driving under the influence after a stop on Billings Road.
