Vanderpool has 100-yard Game Against Platt
Tolland is slated to take on Northwest Catholic this week.

One bright spot in the Tolland High School football team's 41-7 lost to Platt on Friday was the performance of running back M.J. Vanderpool.
Vanderpool ran the ball 17 time for 116 years for a 6.8-yard average. He had a run of 35 yards in the game.
Tolland's lone score was a 25-yard fourth-quarter run by Alex Sucjecki. He ran the ball 14 times for 57 yards.
On defense, Chris Jacobsen led the way with five solo tackles and two assisted tackles.
Trevor King punted five times for a 38-yard average.
Eddie Mesnil had a 30-yard kick return.
Tolland fell to 0-4 with the loss. The Eagles are scheduled to host Northwest Catholic on Friday at 6:39 p.m.
