Vehicle Topples Pole In Tolland
A road was closed for several hours in Tolland after a car took out a utility pole.
TOLLAND, CT — A car took out a utility pole in Tolland Thursday.
The crash took place at about 10 a.m. near 39 Goose Lane.
The car broke the pols and wire came down with it, fire officials said.

Goose Lane was closed between Merrow Road and Anderson Road for several hours while crews repaired the damage. By 7 p.m., Eversource Energy was showing no power outages in Tolland.
