Vehicles Collide Head-On In Tolland
A two -car head-on crash in Tolland Sunday left two people injured, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — Two vehicles collided head-on in Tolland Sunday.
The crash took place at 9:36 a.m. on Crystal Lake Road near the Eaton Road intersection, according to a state police crash report.
A 2005 Honda Accord being driven by a 70-year-old Tolland woman was heading north and a 2016 Ford Mustang Shelby Gt350 with a 39-year-old Stafford man behind the wheel was traveling south, according to a crash report. The Mustang passed a car on the right and then swerved into the northbound lane and hit the Accord head-on, according to a crash report.

The driver of the Accord was taken to Hartford Hospital by Ambulance and the driver of the Mustang was airlifted to St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center, according to a crash report.
Both were in stable condition Sunday night, state police said.
