Weather Forecast Throws Bump in Tolland Road Work Slate

TOLLAND, CT — The potential for storms Thursday has thrown a bump in the local road work schedule.

The milling and grading of Tolland Farms Road has been postponed until next Thursday and Friday — Aug, 9 and 10.

The road is now scheduled to be paved Saturday, Aug. 11, officials said.

Anthony Road, from Rhodes Road to Route 195, is now on tap to be shimmed and overlayed on Monday, Aug. 6, officials said.

All dates are weather-permitting.
